Pomeroy Style F - #13

We've been following Glenwood Springs builder Don Paine for the last year or so. His mandolins are getting very nice, and we expect them to get even better as Don continues to refine his process and design. He obviously has the desire and the ability to make outstanding instruments.

This is Don's 13th mandolin, and the first with the Pomeroy headstock design. It's a family name, and the mandolins will continue in that family tradition. As you can see, the sunburst and coloring are beautifully done. The tone is warm and woody, and suitable for any professional need. Playability is excellent up the neck, and it's a great buy with hardshell under that $3500 figure.
